Stop thief !
A thief tried to break-and-enter a Williamsport real estate office one Friday night this past January. His means of ingress was an unlocked narrow basement window in the rear of the building. After wedging into the opening he apparently became stuck and could not free himself.
That week end was the coldest of the year with overnight temperatures hovering around 5F.
He was discovered, frozen to death, still in the window frame, by the realtors when they opened on Monday morning.
